“I Can 5K”, a community event dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence and raising awareness about the impact of abuse in our communities.
“I Can” represents strength, resilience, courage, and the belief that survivors can heal, thrive, and build brighter futures. Together, we can stand with survivors and help create a community where everyone feels safe, supported, and empowered.
Whether you run, walk, volunteer, or cheer from the sidelines, your participation helps provide hope, resources, and support to individuals and families on their journey toward safety and healing.
